Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
